This morning Alex wandered downstairs at about 6:15am to find me sitting at the kitchen counter reading the news online.
"What are you doing up so late," he asked, looking a little confused. Afterall, it was dark and rainy outside.
"I'm not up late, you're up early! It's morning Alex," I said.
So we sat and read the news about Josh Beckett coming to the Red Sox and talked about why this is a good thing.
Later in the morning, over breakfast with the "Today Show" on the TV, we heard a story about how people at GM are going to be losing their jobs.
"It's just not fair that people will lose their jobs," he said. "How will they make money?"
Alex, very perceptive; good work.
